Chuck is our New Car Sales Manager, bringing a wealth of experience and a commitment to exceptional service. He joined the team in early 2024 after several years at the Toyota dealership down the street, where he honed his skills in customer satisfaction and automotive expertise. Chuck is known for his personable approach and passion for helping customers find the perfect vehicle for them. With his dedication and industry knowledge, Chuck is excited to guide each customer through a seamless and rewarding car-buying experience.
Jerry, our Pre-Owned Sales Manager, brings four decades of automotive expertise to Rick Hill Imports. Jerry’s passion for the industry began at the young age of 12, alongside his step-dad who was working for International Scout at the time. His own career in the industry began in 1985 working in both new and pre-owned sales for brands such as Buick, GM and Subaru. Since joining our team in 2021, he has continued his commitment to quality and customer service, while keeping our inventory top tier. Outside of work, you’ll likely find Jerry with his loved ones or outside working on his yard and beautiful landscaping.
C.J. has worked for Rick Hill Imports off and on for about 15 years. He is a 3rd generation Hill, and started his first position here as a teenager doing automotive detailing. He later moved into a position in the BDC Department, proceeded to step into the role of Used Car Manager as well as our Porsche Customer Experience Manager, and is currently our Porsche Service Manager. C.J.’s main goal is to make sure our customers’ experience with us is top notch every step of the way.
Michaela works with us as the Communications Director. She manages the backend of our online operations here. She works on marketing, works with our vendors, our websites and social media accounts, and helps with the planning of our events. Michaela joined our team in January of 2018, and is looking forward to many more years here at the dealerships!
Outside of work, Michaela is a member of the worship team at Christ Fellowship. She enjoys music of all kinds, her dog Lily, and her husband who is one of our very own, C.J. Hill.
Cade originally joined our team as our BMW Genius, helping familiarize clients with their new vehicles and all of the technology offered to them. He quickly became a staff and customer favorite, and transitioned into a new role as a Certified Porsche Sales Associate. In his spare time, Cade enjoys hiking, exercising and hanging out with his friends and family. We’re thrilled to have him as a part of the team!
Jerry Godsey has been a Certified Sales Professional at Rick Hill Porsche for almost 25 years. He has an infinite knowledge of Porsche history and Porsche Models. Jerry spends much of his free time with the Porsche Club, sports, and most importantly – family. He stays busy with his son Allen, daughters Molly and Amanda, and grandchildren Liam, Emma and Abby.
Steve York has been with the Rick Hill Imports team for over 15 years now, although he has been in the game for much longer than that! Born and raised in Virginia, Steve served as a fireman for several years. After college, he went to Los Angeles to try to get into film/television, where he starred in a few commercials (although his dream was to star in western movies). After 17 years in Los Angeles, he gave up acting to commit to High-end car sales, and has never looked back. He has worked in numerous positions and locations in the automotive industry (such as L.A. and Huntsville, AL), but he says he has loved coming home to Kingsport, TN to work in this market. He values his relationship with God, his family, and his country more than anything. He loves riding his Harley, working with the Porsche Club, and going on Porsche Rallies throughout the region. Steve feels blessed to be in the position he is because he thoroughly enjoys exceeding customer expectations to give them a premium experience at a premium dealership.
Belvia Thomas has been the Office Manager and accounting clerk at RHI for more than 25 years. Though she started her career as a cashier at Brendalls Retail, she ended up with us and we are so thankful that she did! Belvia’s job is to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible for our customers and employees. She loves getting to know customers and establishing relationships with them. She is a people-person who values her family, friends, and work more than anything.
Angela “Nicole” Goins has been our Warranty Administrator for almost 15 years now! Her responsibilities include warranty claims and compliance, technician payroll, assigning loaner cars to customers, and aiding in all things service department. Before joining the RHI family, Nicole spent 11 years working for Alley Dealerships. Her son, Holden, is her biggest motivator. She believes that honesty and integrity are the most important virtues to possess. Nicole is an integral part of our team who takes pride in her job and enjoys meeting the needs of people.
Kaleb is a Service Advisor for our BMW and Porsche team. He joined us in the spring of 2022, and enjoys service because it gives him the opportunity to help people. In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors with his wife and his German Shepherd Axle.
Josh joined us as a Service Advisor in fall of 2022, bringing a passion for service and dedication to excellence from his prior experience at Chick-fil-A. Known for his friendly and attentive approach, he ensures our customers feel confident and well-informed about their vehicle’s care. Outside of work, Josh enjoys fishing and traveling with his wife, Kayla.
